The GRABS team, collaborated with GENDEREDCLIMATEMIG (CGM) team for a series of brainstorming workshop sessions from October to December addressing various topics.

The introductory workshop session was held at Campus Condorcet, Université Paris 8. It provided an opportunity for both teams to introduce their research, share experiences, and discuss the integration of intersectional and feminist approaches to migration. Participants reflected on their engagement with these approaches and shared what has been most relevant to their work.

The second workshop took place over two days. The sessions featured keynote presentations focusing on participatory and creative methods in migration research, with speakers including Latefa Guemar (University of East London), Nanneke Winters (Erasmus University Rotterdam), and Jill Alpes (Lebanese American University).

It included discussions on the use of participatory methods in previous research, the challenges faced, and the possibilities and limitations of collaborations.

These discussions continued with critical reflection the next day, focusing on ways to incorporate these insights into our respective research projects.
